About Us

The iManage Academy is operated by iManage Performance. For over 16 years we have designed and devliered blended learning programmes to some of the worlds most ambitious companies. We still work with some of our original clients. In that time we have designed over 250 original courses and launched a range of unique tools. 

All of our content is underpinned by proven learning science but contextualised with topical management issues. We have become known for our engaging original approach to traditonal face to face training which we have also successfully used in elearning and other blended styles. 

The Academy is a further development taking our renowned style and content on to an online community platform. Our vision is that the iManage Academy will be the most complete and growing management learning community on the web, fuelled by great training videos that are both insightful and topical, reflecting everything that a manager needs in today's business world.

All of the content on the iManage Academy is endorsed by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Members can obtain certification when they complete the full management programme. 

We will be adding content to the Academy each week. As well as great video-led training, the Academy also has unique tools, interviews with business leaders, reviews and exclusive content all powered by likeminded people learning from each other.
